The form of the traineeship is always individually agreed between the trainee and his\/her supervisor and depends to a large extent on what the student would like to learn himself\/herself. To a large extent, the internship is about independent work.<\/p><h4><strong>Administration<\/strong><\/h4><p>In order for SEDL to function organizationally, we need to manage several systems that work together: (1) communication on Slack, preparing topics for the joint seminar; (2) library management in Zotero citation manager; (3) web and news management.<\/p><h4><strong>Research<\/strong><\/h4><p>The internship also offers research experience.
